1. Seller

These Terms and Conditions are between you and SkillSight Athletics, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the seller of SkillSight. By using SkillSight, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using SkillSight, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use SkillSight for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service. You may not probe, scrape, or attempt to circumvent any technical limits.

4. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

5. Service description

SkillSight provides AI-assisted video analysis, drill recommendations, and training plan tools for athletes. Outputs are coaching suggestions and should not replace qualified human instruction for medical, safety, or regulated decisions.

6. Payments, billing, and subscriptions

SkillSight Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Available plans: Monthly (billed every month) and Yearly (billed every 12 months). Prices are shown in the app and at tryskillsight.com/pricing before you subscribe.

Purchases made in the iOS app

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless we notify you of a change.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any free trial or introductory offer converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under its own policies; requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Purchases made on the web

Our order process for web purchases is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you can read at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

7. Intellectual property

SkillSight Athletics, LLC retains ownership of SkillSight, its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the limits of your plan. You retain ownership of the film you upload.

8. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Generative AI

SkillSight uses AI to analyze uploaded video and generate coaching feedback. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use the outputs. You must not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts for repeated violations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SkillSight Athletics, LLC is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
