Instructions
- 1Take a primary lead and stay balanced as the pitcher begins the delivery.
- 2Shuffle into the secondary lead only as the pitcher's front foot lands.
- 3Land in a low, athletic, two-footed hop ready to read the pitch or contact.
- 4Freeze and check balance if the shuffle finishes before the pitcher's foot strike.
