1. 1Hold a towel in the throwing hand and take your normal delivery.
2. 2Snap the towel over a target set at your stride length plus a foot.
3. 3Freeze at release and check landing leg stability.

What to focus on

Hip-to-shoulder separation and a firm front side.

Common mistake

Reaching with the stride instead of driving into it.
