Instructions

  1. 1Set up two cones marking a channel from backlift to follow-through.
  2. 2Bring the bat down and through the channel without the toe flaring outside it.
  3. 3Focus on the hands leading the bat face closing just before contact.
  4. 4Increase feed pace once ten straight swings in a row stay in the channel.

What to focus on

Bat staying inside the line on the downswing.

Common mistake

Bat coming down from gully, exposing an outside edge.
