Instructions
- 1Identify a closed direct passing lane with an obstacle in between.
- 2Bank the pass off the boards at an angle that reaches your moving partner in stride.
- 3Communicate the pass with a verbal or visual cue before releasing it.
- 4Adjust the angle rep to rep based on partner speed and position.
What to focus on
Correct bank angle that lets the receiver take the pass in stride.
Common mistake
Banking the pass too hard or too soft, missing the receiving lane.
