Instructions

- 2Have a partner feed a cross-ice pass to your shooting lane.
- 3Time your weight transfer to strike the puck as it arrives, not before or after.
- 4Follow through toward your target corner immediately after contact.
What to focus on
Contact timing that matches the puck's arrival exactly.
Common mistake
Swinging early or late and missing clean contact on the puck.
