Instructions
- 1Start sealed against one post in a ready stance.
- 2Shuffle across using short, controlled steps, keeping your stance low.
- 3Seal the far post immediately upon arrival with no gap for a shot to sneak through.
- 4Repeat continuously, alternating direction each rep.
What to focus on
No gap at the post immediately after arriving.
Common mistake
Overshooting the post or arriving with a gap that leaves the short side open.
