Instructions
- 1Have a shooter aim high, both corners, from 10-12 yards.
- 2Keep your top hand above your head, ready to punch the stick to the ball's line.
- 3Track the shot with your eyes the entire flight, not just the release.
- 4Redirect the rebound away from the crease, not back into traffic.
What to focus on
Keeping the hands up and ready rather than letting them drift low by default.
Common mistake
Hands set low by default, forcing a late reach on high shots.
