Instructions
- 1Have a shooter aim exclusively low, both corners, from 10 yards.
- 2Drop your hands and stick to the shot's line the instant it's released.
- 3Keep your base wide so you can shuffle to the ball's angle, not just reach.
- 4Clear the rebound away from the crease immediately after the save.
What to focus on
Reacting the instant the shot releases, not when the ball nears the goal.
Common mistake
Reacting late on low shots, causing a stab-and-miss instead of a controlled save.
