Instructions
- 1Rally dinks with both teams at the kitchen line.
- 2Poaching player watches for a weak, high ball crossing into their lane.
- 3Cross over and put the ball away, while the partner immediately shifts to cover the vacated side.
- 4Reset positioning to standard side-by-side after every poach attempt.
What to focus on
Partner's simultaneous shift to cover space left by the poach.
Common mistake
Poaching and leaving the vacated side completely uncovered.
