Posture Reset Drill for Fatigue
Maintain running posture as fatigue sets in late in a run

Instructions
- 1Every ten minutes of a longer run, consciously reset posture: tall spine, relaxed shoulders, slight forward lean.
- 2Check for a collapsing chest or slumping shoulders before resetting.
- 3Compare form quality in the final ten minutes to the first ten on video if possible.
What to focus on
Maintaining tall, relaxed posture through the second half of the run.
Common mistake
Letting the torso collapse forward and shoulders round as fatigue builds.
