Instructions

1. 1Start a few steps before the base and bow out slightly to set up a rounded angle.
2. 2Hit the inside corner of the bag with the correct foot without stutter-stepping.
3. 3Accelerate out of the turn toward the next base in foul or safe ground as appropriate.
4. 4Track turns that drift too wide versus turns that cut the bag too tight and lose speed.

An efficient rounded path that hits the bag in stride at full speed.

Common mistake

Drifting too far outside the bag or slowing to stutter-step into the turn.
