Instructions
- 1Play 5v2 possession in a 12x12 grid with two colored bibs marking targets.
- 2Scan before every reception to identify the color called by the coach.
- 3Play to the matching color within two touches once called.
- 4Rotate defenders every two minutes to keep pressure live.
What to focus on
Scanning early enough to already know the decision before the ball arrives.
