Instructions
- 1Shadow swing focusing on the racquet finishing across and above the opposite shoulder.
- 2Hit live forehands and hold the finish position for a full second after contact.
- 3Check that the elbow leads the wrist through the wipe, not the other way around.
What to focus on
A complete wrap-around finish that shows the strings facing the ground.
Common mistake
Cutting the finish short with a stiff, incomplete wrist and elbow.
