Instructions
- 1Play live 6v6 rallies with the coach flagging any overlap or spacing violations.
- 2Players call out coverage and rotation responsibilities out loud on every contact.
- 3Freeze play if a spacing error occurs and reset the correct positioning before continuing.
- 4Rotate positions after every 3 rallies so all players practice all six rotations.
What to focus on
Verbal calls on every rotation and contact, correct spacing maintained.
Common mistake
Silent rotations leading to overlap violations or two players covering the same zone.
