Instructions
- 1Hop laterally off one foot and land on the same foot, holding the position for two seconds.
- 2Keep the knee tracking over the toes and hips level, not dropping to one side.
- 3Progress to landing off a small jump from a two-foot takeoff to a one-foot landing.
- 4Film from the front to check for knee valgus (inward collapse) on landing.
What to focus on
Knee stays aligned over the foot, hips stay level.
Common mistake
Knee collapsing inward and hip dropping on the landing side.
