Instructions

1. 1Start at the net in blocking position against a tossed or live attack.
2. 2After the block attempt, immediately shuffle backward off the net toward your approach start.
3. 3Time your transition so you are ready to approach as the pass/dig reaches the setter.
4. 4Complete a full attack approach and swing to finish the sequence.

What to focus on

Immediate backward movement off the net right after the block attempt.

Common mistake

Watching the dig instead of moving, arriving late for the approach.
