Instructions
- 1Press one dumbbell at a time while the other arm stays braced at chest height.
- 2Drive the working arm to a full, even lockout directly over the shoulder.
- 3Compare bar path and lockout position side to side on video.
- 4Slow down the weaker side's tempo until it matches the stronger side.
What to focus on
Even, symmetric lockout height and path on both sides.
Common mistake
One arm locking out earlier or drifting off-line from the other.
